Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal!. However, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item, if you are not happy with your purchase, within the timeframes and conditions mentioned below.

Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, in its original carton or packaging with all parts. Goods must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened, used or defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Shipping charges will be refunded if we made an error with your order.

To return an item, you must send an e-mail to fragrances@Fragrance4u.com , indicating the reason for your return along with the Fragrance4u order number and date of purchase.

If the order has been shipped but you have not yet received it, you can refuse the order upon delivery (it will save you a second shipping charge). Otherwise, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS/FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment (a traceable shipping method to insure your package does not get lost).

*Please note, failure to notify Fragrance4u.com of the return will result in a 15% restocking fee.
**Shipping will be charged for items that are returned because of defect that do not actually have a defect.

Refunds
Our fulfillment center will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an online gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Online gift certificates will be issued for gift returns. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
